As the Deputy Director of the Ethics Center at the United States Naval Academy, developed instructor training for faculty, provided direct instruction to students, and developed course modules, individual classes, and case studies. Also developed workshops and seminars for services within the Department of Defense to meet their leadership and ethics education and training requirements.
Provided the vision and leadership for the development of a fully integrated values based, leadership education program for grades 6-12 in a newly formed school. Set the goals and standards for leadership instruction. Provided hands on instruction to faculty and staff on the implementation of the leadership curriculum. Personally developed multiple leadership courses and provided direct classroom instruction to students. Led the development of a coach/mentor program for students.
Professional Coach
Provides professional coaching services to enable individuals and groups to transition to the next level of performance as a person, professional, or organization. Trained by the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program, an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program.
Specializes in working with individuals and organizations with the desire to take control of their transitions. Clients’ focus on building a path forward based on a vision and goals aligned with their values and mission.
Works with individual clients ranging from executives, business and non-profit leaders, individuals promoted or seeking promotions, career transitions, military transitions to the civilian workforce, and students’ middle school through college.
Works with organizational clients ranging from corporations to small teams. Corporations seek executive coaching for individuals to assist in growth and leadership development. Team coaching allows leadership teams, sales teams, departments, and project teams improve their performance, teamwork, synergy, and refine alignment with organizational values and mission.
