Hogan Insight Series
Provides you with scientifically validated information about your strengths, performance risks, and core values. You can use it as a feedback tool for building self-awareness or development. The series has three components; The Hogan Personality Inventory, The Hogan Development Survey, and the Motives, Values, Preferences, Inventory.
- The Hogan Personality Inventory is a measure of normal personality and has scales that describe performance in the workplace, including how you manage stress, interact with others, approach work tasks, and solve problems. This report notes strengths as well as areas for improvement and discussion points for development.
- The Hogan Development Survey evaluates 11 forms of your interpersonal behavior that can cause problems at work and in life. Behaviors associated with elevated scores can be strengths, but when overused can derail relationships and careers.
- The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory describes your core values, goals, and interests. This information is crucial for understanding the kinds of jobs and work environments you find congenial and will help you make better career decisions.
EQi2.0
The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) assessment tool is used for assessing your emotional and social intelligence. It will build self-awareness of your emotional competencies. The EQ-i 2.0 provides you with a picture of how you operate emotionally, your areas of strength and potential areas for development. The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete.
