The Team Leaders Workshop is designed to assist leaders evaluate the performance of their team and intentionally establish its vision and culture.

This workshop can be for small or large organizations. When teams such as a software development team, lab team, or project team understands their role in relation to the big picture they are much more effective.
This workshop can be completed in a full day or can be broken up over several days. When spread over several days it allows the individuals involved to process the information and talk with colleagues. The development is guided by the following questions:
