The Package
- 360-degree Leadership Assessment
- Seven – One-on-one individual sessions in person or virtual:
- One – 1.5 Hour Assessment Debrief
- Six 1.0-hour sessions with 1-3 weeks between sessions
What will you accomplish:
You will work with one-on-one with your coach to develop your self-awareness, receive and evaluate feedback, clarify your values, set goals, establish new supporting relationships, and implement new skills and behaviors to increase your leadership capacity.
- You will receive a 360-degree formal assessment of your leadership from superiors, peers, and subordinates.
- You will develop a vision for your leadership, assess where your leadership is today, and create a leadership development plan.
- You will clarify your values and strengths
- You will work with your coach to develop new skills and behaviors to differentiate yourself from your peers.

We work with organization’s talent development or HR department to support coaching on site or with multiple executives or high potential candidates.
Leadership 360 Assessment Details:
Hogan 360
A multi-rater feedback tool designed to help you as a career-minded individual and leader at any level of an organization gain a better understanding of how you are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others. The report provides a look at your attitude, behavior, and performance. The report provides valuable feedback for your leadership and helps you to set priorities for growth. The leadership model has four areas: self-management, relationship management, working in the business, and working on the business.
EQi2.0 360
A multi-rater measure of emotional intelligence (EI) designed to provide you with a complete “360-degree” view of your emotional and social functioning. Your report combines your self-evaluation of Emotional Intelligence with that of your raters (managers, peers, direct reports, and others), providing you with a rich understanding of your Emotional Intelligence capabilities. With this tool you start with a self-evaluation and then look at how others rated you. The EQi2.0 model has five areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision making, and Stress management.
Leadership Versatility Index (LVI)
A multi-rater assessment that compares feedback from a full circle of your coworkers based on its behavior model. The model represents the tensions and trade-offs that make your leadership a balancing act between forceful and enabling behaviors and your focus on operational and strategic tasks. You will build an understanding on where you have struck an effective balance versus where you need to make adjustments.
